Professional Equality
As part of Law No. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future, ISB measured its professional equality index for the calendar year 2025, based on pre-established legal criteria.
Our company received an overall score of 81/100.
The score obtained by the company ISB is up +26% compared to the year 2020. This development illustrates the General Management's commitment to a fair social policy between the women and men who make up the company.
- Indicator #1 – Pay gap (in %): 36/40
- Ensure that any salary increase decision is fair between men and women; and this from the recruitment stage.
- Continue work on the classification of remuneration, formalized through the company agreement on the mandatory annual negotiations 2022.
- Indicator #2 – Individual salary increase gaps (in percentage points): 20/20
- Indicator #3 – Promotion gaps (in percentage points): 10/15
- Guarantee gender equality in access to promotions by relying on objective, transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, and by ensuring balanced representation at each level of responsibility and management.
- Indicator #4 – Percentage of employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave (%): 15/15
- Indicator #5 – Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners: 0/10
- To promote a social policy that encourages women's career advancement and strong leadership roles within companies.
- The aim of this initiative is to strengthen the presence of women in strategic positions, and, moreover, to improve the proportion of women among the 10 highest earners in the company.
