Agile wood solutions for modular housing

The slowdown in new construction continues, with a decline in building permit applications in the residential sector (-13,5% between the first half of 2023 and the first half of 2024) 1. The commercial sector is not spared, with a decrease of 9,7% over the same period 2. Faced with this situation and while awaiting a tentative exit from the crisis, the emerging challenge is that of renovation, with 63% of French homeowners planning such work in their homes 3 , as part of an effort to improve their living environment.

Innovative solutions

Wood wall

A high quality, solid wood batten panel mounted on thick felt for quick and easy installation.

Flex Concept

A wavy, undulating interior panel with curved slats. It can also be used as a shelf or divider, offering great versatility. This product is part of the ISB Group's flagship range: the RELIEF range.

Woodafix

A decorative kit with printed wood panels, complete with a patented, no-drill mounting system. This system facilitates assembly and makes it easy to renew the printed panels, for a headboard, a wall section, or other fittings.

Mass-dyed MDF panels

For a modern and durable decor. They offer a smooth surface, a uniform color, and a high density allowing for precise machining. Depending on the machining, they can also be used as acoustic panels.

Multifunctional moldings

Can be used as a frame hanger thanks to a suspension system with a steel wire and a hook, capable of supporting frames weighing up to 5 kg.

Ingenious baseboards

It also serves an anti-bedbug function, thanks to a diatomaceous earth strip glued to the back, to combat parasites.

The ISB Group is continuing its innovation efforts and is preparing new installation and layout systems, expected in 2025.
