Our CSR policy

Dear partners

It is my pleasure and privilege to sign the editorial of the very first ISB Group CSR Charter. This charter was drawn up with the help of all our stakeholders. As you read on, you will discover
You will discover, as you read on, just how much these partners act and support the subjects addressed with passion. I would like to warmly thank those who have agreed to testify to this in these pages.
Driven by our history and our employees, who are themselves the originators of many initiatives, I have seen the emergence of our group’s CSR approach over the last few years.

From these empirical commitments at the beginning, a global and structured vision has gradually been built. In line with our project, we will once again combine intransigence with congruence. Our goal is simple: to contribute humbly, on our own scale, to “Living better together, today and tomorrow, in harmony with what surrounds us”. This is our motto, or more precisely our raison d’être, which guides us in all our actions on a daily basis. We will take care to inform you, each year, of the progress of our commitments.

The best is yet to come. Happy reading to you all.

Best wishes,

Benjamin BODET
Managing Director

For 60 years, we have been respecting and respecting nature's work and restoring it with a range of products for building, furnishing and decorating the home using wood. Our products are the fruit of our passion for wood and architecture. Wood is also the expression of a new way of being and living in our homes in total harmony.

Through our experience and observation in the field, we realised that the foundation of our project had to be CSR. We have been building this foundation for several years, through empirical actions, independent of each other.

So, as a matter of course, the ISB Group has naturally structured its CSR approach. From now on, all the company’s projects will be studied through the prism of Corporate Social Responsibility.

In developing this CSR Charter, we have chosen to adopt the common and universal language of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Defined as part of the action plan for humanity adopted by the UN in 2015, the SDGs cover a multitude of areas ranging from protecting the planet to building a more peaceful world, including ensuring that everyone can live in safety and dignity. The plan of action is embodied in the definition of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which include 169 targets to be achieved by 2030.

In order to determine our progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we have assigned a score to each of our actions and established the rating scale opposite.

When reading our CSR charter, you will find all the actions and objectives implemented within our Group. At the end of the document, you will be able to assess the progress of our commitments classified by SDO.
